The Ultimate Restaurant Range 48” Series is a versatile, heavy-duty commercial gas range designed to deliver exceptional performance in high-demand kitchen environments. Measuring 48-5/8” wide with a 37” high cooking top, this range features a durable construction that includes a 4” stainless steel front rail and stainless steel front and sides—ensuring easy maintenance and long-term reliability. Safety is built in with a front-located manual gas shut-off for the entire range, while a factory-installed regulator supports hassle-free setup. A standing pilot provides consistent ignition for open top burners, and battery spark ignition ensures reliable startup for the oven bases.

This model includes (4) 33K Non-Clog Burners, each producing 33,000 BTUs of natural gas (NAT) power. These patented, one-piece, lifetime clog-free cast iron burners offer even heat distribution and are built to last. The rear burners are designed to accommodate stock pots up to 14”, making them perfect for heavy-duty commercial use. The range also features a 24” Charbroiler, available on either the left or right side, with removable cast iron grates for easy cleaning and excellent grilling performance across a wide variety of menu items.

Beneath the cooking surface, the Standard Oven Model (D) delivers 45,000 BTUs of NAT power and operates with a standing pilot and thermostat range from 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). The oven interior is porcelain enamel and measures 14” high, 26” wide, and 26.5” deep, large enough to fit full-size pans in either direction. It comes with one rack and two-position side rails, providing just the right balance of capacity and flexibility for day-to-day operations.

The range is completed with an 18” Stainless Steel Cabinet Base (C), offering added storage and durability, with an optional no-charge door available for customization. Whether grilling, boiling, or baking, the Ultimate Restaurant Range 48” Series delivers the power, durability, and versatility required in fast-paced commercial kitchens.
