
The Ultimate Restaurant Range 48” Series is a heavy-duty commercial gas range built for performance and efficiency in busy kitchen environments. It features a robust construction measuring 48-5/8” wide with a 37” high cooking top, along with a 4” stainless steel front rail and stainless steel front and sides for a sleek, durable finish. A front-located manual gas shut-off allows quick control of the entire range, while a factory-installed regulator ensures proper gas pressure. The range also comes equipped with a standing pilot for open top burners and battery spark ignition for oven bases, combining safety and convenience.
The cooktop includes Wavy Grates (Burner Option 2), which use a cast bowl design to maximize efficiency and allow full use of the entire range top. These grates are compatible only with 27K BTU non-clog burners, and this configuration includes four burners. Additionally, a 24” charbroiler is integrated on the left or right side, featuring removable cast iron grates ideal for grilling and searing.
The unit is equipped with Space Saver Double Oven Models (EE), each delivering 45,000 BTU NAT and offering a thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). The ovens feature a porcelain enamel interior measuring 14” high x 19-1/2” wide x 26.5” deep, and include one rack with two-position side rails, providing versatile cooking options in a compact footprint.
