The Ultimate Restaurant Range 48” Series is engineered for high performance and durability, featuring a 48-5/8” wide commercial gas range with a 37” high cooking top, designed for the rigors of professional kitchens. Built with stainless steel front and sides, the range includes a 4” stainless steel front rail for durability and easy cleaning. It is also equipped with a front-located manual gas shut-off for added safety and convenience.

With (4) Wavy Grates and 27K BTU Non-clog burners, this range is optimized for maximum efficiency. The cast bowl design of the grates allows for even heat distribution, enabling full use of the entire range top, ensuring uniform cooking results. This setup is ideal for chefs who demand precision and high throughput.

A 24” Charbroiler with removable cast iron grates is available on either side, offering flexibility for grilling and searing. The charbroiler is perfect for adding signature flavors to meats, vegetables, and more.

For versatile cooking, the Convection Oven Models (A) feature a 32,000 BTU NAT convection oven with standing pilot and a thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). Its porcelain enamel interior measures 14” high x 26” wide x 24” deep and includes three racks with five-position side rails. Powered by a 1/2 hp motor, this high-efficiency convection oven ensures even heat distribution, reducing cooking time and producing high-quality results.

This unit also comes with a Stainless Steel Cabinet (C) base, offering an 18” cabinet with an optional no-charge door for additional storage or ease of access.
