The cooking surface is configured with a Split Burner setup (Burner Option 4) featuring one star/saute’ burner in the front and one 33,000 BTU standard burner in the rear. In addition, it incorporates a Pyromax Burner configuration (Burner Option 7) consisting of a group of four 40,000 BTU NAT burners. These patented burners offer high-output performance, non-clog three-piece construction, and easy cleaning, with built-in port protection drip rings—ideal for high-volume, high-heat applications.

Below the cooktop, this model features Space Saver Double Oven Bases (EE), each powered by a 45,000 BTU NAT burner. These ovens offer a temperature range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C) and feature porcelain enamel interiors measuring 14” high x 19-1/2” wide x 26.5” deep, complete with one rack and two-position side rails. Compact yet powerful, this dual-oven setup provides flexible cooking capability without sacrificing floor space.
