

The Ultimate Restaurant Range 48” Series is engineered for chefs who demand versatility, high heat output, and long-lasting durability in a compact footprint. Measuring 48-5/8” wide with a 37” high cooking surface, this commercial gas range is built with a rugged stainless steel front, sides, and a 4” front rail, providing a sleek, professional look and easy maintenance. The range includes a factory-installed gas regulator and a front-located manual gas shut-off valve, ensuring safety and control in any kitchen environment.
This model features a split burner configuration with one star/saute’ burner in the front and one 33,000 BTU standard burner in the rear, offering a flexible setup for sautéing, simmering, or boiling. In addition, it includes high-performance Pyromax burners (Burner Option 7)—a patented, high-output system delivering 40,000 BTUs of natural gas power. Each Pyromax burner is a three-piece, easy-to-clean design with built-in port protection and a drip ring, ensuring optimal performance and reliability. A group of four Pyromax burners is available for kitchens that require maximum heat and fast recovery times.
Below the cooktop, the range is equipped with a powerful 32,000 BTU NAT convection oven (Model A). The oven features a thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C) and a porcelain enamel interior measuring 14” high by 26” wide by 24” deep. It includes three racks with five-position side rails for flexible baking and roasting options. The convection fan is powered by a 1/2 hp motor (1710 rpm, 60 cycle, 115V AC) featuring permanent lubrication, overload protection, and Class “B” insulation. A convenient On/Off switch allows the oven base to function as a standard oven when desired.
Completing the unit is an 18” stainless steel cabinet base, perfect for storing kitchen tools, pans, or supplies. An optional no-charge door is available for added convenience.
