This model features a high-output split burner configuration, offering four star/saute’ burners in the front and four 33,000 BTU standard burners in the rear. This layout gives chefs exceptional flexibility, allowing them to handle a wide range of cooking tasks simultaneously—from delicate sauces to high-heat searing and boiling.

Equipped with a powerful convection oven (Model A), this range delivers 32,000 BTUs of natural gas heating power. The oven operates within a temperature range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C), with a porcelain enamel interior measuring 14” high by 26” wide by 24” deep. It includes three racks with five-position side rails, offering the versatility needed for baking, roasting, or finishing dishes. The convection fan system is powered by a 1/2 hp motor (1710 rpm, 60 cycle, 115V AC) with permanent lubrication, overload protection, and Class “B” insulation. A built-in On/Off switch allows the oven to function as a standard oven when convection isn’t required.

Rounding out the range is an 18” stainless steel cabinet base, perfect for storing cookware, sheet pans, or kitchen tools. An optional no-charge door is available to enhance storage security and convenience.
