Measuring 48-5/8” wide with a 37” high cooking surface, this unit features a 4” stainless steel front rail and stainless steel front and sides for durability and a professional aesthetic. It includes a front-located manual gas shut-off for safety, a factory-installed gas regulator, standing pilots for open-top burners, and battery spark ignition for the oven bases—streamlining both operation and maintenance.

This configuration includes four 33,000 BTU NAT Cast Iron Star/Sauté Burners (Burner Option 3), which are designed with a port arrangement that ensures even flame distribution for consistent cooking results. Additionally, it includes a 24” Charbroiler on the left or right side, equipped with removable cast iron grates—ideal for high-temperature grilling applications.

The unit also features a 45,000 BTU NAT standard oven (Model D), offering a thermostat-controlled temperature range from 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). The porcelain enamel oven interior measures 14” high by 26” wide by 26.5” deep, accommodating full-size pans in both directions. It includes one rack and two-position side rails for cooking versatility.

Completing the setup is an 18” stainless steel cabinet base (Model C), offering convenient storage space, with an optional no-charge cabinet door available. Altogether, this range delivers powerful burner output, grilling flexibility, and dependable oven performance in a sleek, efficient 48” footprint—perfect for high-volume kitchens that demand precision and versatility.
