A key feature of this series is the Griddle Top, available in two options: a 1/2” smooth, polished steel griddle plate with raised sides on 48″ wide griddles, which is available in both manual or thermostatic control, and a 1” smooth, polished steel griddle plate with raised sides for even greater durability and cooking precision. This griddle top is ideal for preparing a wide range of items, including pancakes, eggs, and burgers.
For oven capabilities, the Standard Oven Models (D) feature 45,000 BTU NAT gas power with a standing pilot. The thermostat offers a range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C), providing versatility for baking, roasting, and broiling. The porcelain enamel interior measures 14” high x 26” wide x 26.5” deep, large enough to fit full-sized pans both horizontally and vertically. The oven includes one rack with two-position side rails to adjust for optimal cooking height.
This range is supported by an 18” stainless steel cabinet base, offering convenient storage space. An optional no-charge door is also available, allowing for a sleek, streamlined look.
