The 33K Non-Clog Burners provide exceptional cooking power, featuring eight patented, one-piece, lifetime clog-free cast iron burners that deliver 33,000 BTUs of natural gas (NAT) heat. The rear burner is large enough to hold up to a 14” stock pot, making it perfect for heavy-duty cooking. These burners are designed for long-lasting performance and ease of use, ensuring consistent heat distribution across all cooking tasks.
For oven cooking, the 32,000 BTU NAT Convection Oven (Model A) provides a temperature range from 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C), giving you precise control over your cooking process. The oven’s porcelain enamel interior measures 14” high, 26” wide, and 24” deep, offering ample space for various dishes. It includes three racks with five-position side rails for added versatility. The high-efficiency 1/2 hp motor operates at 1710 rpm, 60 cycle, 115V AC, and features permanent lubricated ball bearings, overload protection, and Class “B” insulation. An On/Off switch allows the convection oven to also function as a standard oven, increasing its flexibility for different cooking needs.
The 18” Stainless Steel Cabinet (C) base provides robust storage and durability, with an optional no-charge door available for additional customization.
