The Ultimate Restaurant Range 48” Series is a durable and versatile commercial gas range built for heavy-duty kitchen use. It measures 48-5/8” wide with a 37” high cooking top, and features a 4” stainless steel front rail along with stainless steel front and sides for added strength and easy maintenance. A front-located manual gas shut-off controls the entire range, while a factory-installed regulator ensures consistent performance. The unit uses a standing pilot for open top burners and battery spark ignition for the oven bases, combining reliability with convenience.

This model includes Wavy Grates (Burner Option 2) with a cast bowl design that improves efficiency and maximizes cooking surface usability. It is configured with eight 27,000 BTU non-clog burners, ideal for high-volume cooking tasks.

Beneath the cooktop, the Space Saver Double Oven Models (EE) offer powerful performance in a compact footprint. Each oven delivers 45,000 BTU NAT and operates within a temperature range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). The porcelain enamel interior measures 14” high x 19-1/2” wide x 26.5” deep, and includes one rack with two-position side rails, accommodating various pan sizes and baking needs with efficiency.
