Measuring 60-3/4” wide with a 37” high cooking top, this range provides a generous work surface and is constructed with a 4” stainless steel front rail, as well as stainless steel front and sides, for lasting durability and easy maintenance. It features a front-located manual gas shut-off for added safety, along with a factory-installed regulator for optimal gas control.
This configuration includes a split burner setup (Burner Option 4), with one star/saute burner in the front and one 33,000 BTU standard burner in the rear, offering a balance of precise heat and high-output cooking power. The range operates with a standing pilot for open burners and features battery spark ignition to accommodate oven bases if desired.
Dominating the cooktop is a 48” wide griddle top, available on either the left or right side to best suit your kitchen layout. Built from 1” smooth, polished steel, this heavy-duty griddle includes raised sides to contain food and grease, making it ideal for grilling, searing, and breakfast service. It is available with either manual or thermostatic controls, allowing for customized heat management to match your menu and cooking preferences.
Beneath the cooktop, this unit includes two stainless steel cabinet bases (Cabinet Base C), replacing traditional ovens with ample storage. The cabinets come with optional center-opening doors at no extra charge, offering easy access to cookware and kitchen essentials while keeping your station organized and efficient.
