The split burner configuration includes one star/saute burner in the front and one 33,000 BTU standard burner in the rear, providing flexibility for various cooking tasks. The open top burners feature a standing pilot for continuous operation, while battery spark ignition powers the oven bases, offering reliable and quick startup.

This model comes equipped with a 48-inch griddle top featuring a 1-inch smooth, polished steel griddle plate with raised sides, ideal for searing, griddling, and cooking a variety of foods. The griddle is available with either manual or thermostatic controls, providing the flexibility to adjust cooking temperatures for different types of dishes, from pancakes to burgers to stir-fry.

For baking and roasting, the Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series includes both a convection oven (Model A) and a standard oven (Model D), offering powerful and precise cooking options. The convection oven operates at 32,000 BTUs and features a temperature range from 175°F to 550°F. Its porcelain enamel interior measures 14” high x 26” wide x 24” deep, and it comes with three racks and five-position side rails for easy customization. The high-efficiency motor (1/2 hp, 1710 rpm) is designed for long-lasting operation, with overload protection and permanently lubricated ball bearings for reliability. An On/Off switch allows the convection base to function as a standard oven when needed.

The standard oven (Model D) provides 45,000 BTUs and also operates within the 175°F to 550°F temperature range. Its porcelain enamel interior measures 14” high x 26” wide x 26.5” deep, and it can accommodate full-sized pans in both directions. This oven includes one rack with two-position side rails for flexible cooking.
