The front-located manual gas shut-off and factory-installed regulator ensure safety and consistent performance, while the standing pilot system guarantees reliable ignition for the open top burners. Additionally, battery spark ignition is used for the oven bases, offering quick, dependable start-ups.
The split burner configuration (Burner Option 4) includes (1) star/saute’ burner in the front and (1) standard 33K BTU burner in the rear, offering a combination of precision heat and high-output performance for a variety of cooking needs.
The griddle top (available on the left or right) features a 1” smooth, polished steel griddle plate with raised sides on the 48” wide griddles, ideal for cooking large batches. This griddle is available with manual or thermostatic control, giving you complete flexibility to adjust temperatures as needed for different cooking tasks.
This model comes equipped with two convection oven bases, each featuring a 32,000 BTU NAT convection oven that is equipped with a standing pilot and a thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). The porcelain enamel interior measures 14” high x 26” wide x 24” deep, providing ample space to accommodate full-sized pans. Each oven has three racks with five-position side rails for customizable storage and cooking options. The high-efficiency motor operates at 1710 rpm and features permanently lubricated ball bearings, overload protection, and Class “B” insulation, ensuring a long-lasting, reliable performance. The On/Off switch also allows the convection oven to function as a standard oven, offering additional cooking flexibility.
