The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series is a high-performance commercial gas range designed for demanding kitchen environments. It measures 60-3/4” wide with a 37” high cooking surface, and features a 4” stainless steel front rail along with stainless steel front and sides for durability and a polished appearance. A front-located manual gas shut-off ensures safety and convenience, while the factory-installed regulator maintains optimal gas pressure. The unit includes a standing pilot for open top burners and battery spark ignition for the oven bases.

This model is equipped with ten 33,000 BTU NAT patented cast iron burners (Burner Option 1). These one-piece, lifetime clog-free burners are engineered for reliable, high-output performance and easy maintenance, making them ideal for busy commercial operations.

Below the cooking surface, the range includes two convection ovens (Model A), each with a 32,000 BTU NAT output, standing pilot, and a thermostat range from 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). The ovens feature porcelain enamel interiors measuring 14” high x 26” wide x 24” deep, along with three racks and five-position side rails. A 1/2 hp, 1710 rpm, 60 cycle, 115V AC motor powers each oven, offering high efficiency, permanently lubricated ball bearings, overload protection, and Class “B” insulation. An on/off switch provides the flexibility to use the oven base as a standard oven when needed.

Completing the setup is a stainless steel cabinet base (Cabinet Option C), with optional center-opening doors available at no additional charge, providing accessible and durable under-range storage.
