

The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series is a commercial gas range designed for heavy-duty use in professional kitchens. It measures 60-3/4” in width and features a 37” high cooking top, providing ample workspace for various cooking tasks. The unit is constructed with a 4” stainless steel front rail and stainless steel front and sides, offering durability and ease of cleaning. For safety and convenience, the range includes a front-located manual gas shut-off, allowing quick access to control the gas supply. It also comes with a factory-installed regulator, ensuring consistent gas pressure, standing pilots for open top burners, and battery spark ignition for the oven bases for reliable ignition.
The range is equipped with Wavy Grates (Burner Option 2), featuring a cast bowl design for improved heat efficiency and optimal use of the entire range top. It is available with (10) 27K BTU non-clog burners with wavy grates, providing excellent performance for various cooking needs.
For cooking versatility, the Standard Oven Models (D) are equipped with a 45,000 BTU NAT oven, a standing pilot, and a thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). The oven features a porcelain enamel interior measuring 14” high x 26” wide x 26.5” deep, with enough space to fit full-sized pans in both directions. Each oven includes one rack with two-position side rails, and the unit is designed with two standard oven bases, ensuring ample cooking capacity.
