
The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series is a premium, commercial-grade gas range designed to meet the demands of high-performance kitchens. With a width of 60-3/4” and a 37” high cooking top, this range features a 4” stainless steel front rail and is made with durable stainless steel for both the front and sides. A front-located manual gas shut-off allows for easy access and safety. The unit includes a factory-installed regulator for consistent gas flow and standing pilots for the open top burners. Battery spark ignition simplifies the startup process for the oven bases.
This model comes equipped with 10 non-clog burners featuring wavy grates (Burner Option 2), designed for optimal efficiency. The cast bowl design of the grates allows full use of the entire range top and works seamlessly with 27K BTU non-clog burners, providing reliable heat distribution and maximum cooking capacity.
The range also features two convection ovens (Model A), each offering 32,000 BTU NAT with a thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). The ovens have a porcelain enamel interior measuring 14” high by 26” wide by 24” deep, with three racks and five-position side rails for flexible cooking. The high-efficiency convection motors are powered by a 1/2 HP, 1710 RPM, 60-cycle, 115V AC motor, designed with permanent lubricated ball bearings, overload protection, and Class “B” insulation. An on/off switch allows the convection ovens to function as standard ovens when needed.
The stainless steel cabinet base (Model C) offers sturdy, reliable storage space. Additionally, optional no-charge doors that open from the center are available for greater convenience.
