The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series is a high-performance commercial gas range designed for demanding kitchen environments. Measuring 60-3/4” wide with a 37” high cooking surface, the unit features a durable stainless steel front and sides, along with a 4” stainless steel front rail for added convenience. A front-located manual gas shut-off provides quick and easy control of the entire range, and a factory-installed regulator ensures consistent gas flow. Open top burners are equipped with standing pilots, while the oven bases feature battery spark ignition for reliable startup.

This particular configuration includes ten 27,000 BTU non-clog burners with wavy grates (Burner Option 2). The cast bowl design of the wavy grates improves efficiency and allows full use of the entire cooking surface, ideal for high-volume operations requiring consistent, even heat.

The range comes with a Convection Oven (Model A) delivering 32,000 BTUs. It features a standing pilot and a thermostat with a temperature range from 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). The oven’s porcelain enamel interior measures 14” high by 26” wide by 24” deep, and includes three racks with five-position side rails. A 1/2 horsepower, 1710 rpm motor (115V AC, 60 cycle) powers the fan for even heat distribution, and is designed with high-efficiency, permanent split phase construction, overload protection, permanently lubricated ball bearings, and Class “B” insulation. An on/off switch allows this convection base to be used as a standard oven when desired.

Complementing the convection oven is a Standard Oven (Model D) operating at 45,000 BTUs. This oven also includes a standing pilot and thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). The interior measures 14” high, 26” wide, and 26.5” deep, accommodating full-sized pans in both orientations. It includes one rack with two-position side rails to provide flexibility in cooking and baking needs.
