
The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series is a high-performance commercial gas range designed for durability and functionality in professional kitchens. It measures 60-3/4” wide with a 37” high cooking top, and features a 4” stainless steel front rail, along with a stainless steel front and sides for added durability and ease of cleaning. Safety and control are built-in with a front-located manual gas shut-off and a factory-installed regulator. The open top burners use a standing pilot, while the oven bases are equipped with battery spark ignition for dependable starts.
This particular configuration includes (10) 33,000 BTU NAT star burners (Burner Option 3), known for their even flame distribution due to their specially designed port arrangement. These cast iron star/saute burners are ideal for consistent heat across a variety of cookware.
The unit is outfitted with two convection ovens (Model A), each rated at 32,000 BTU NAT. These ovens feature a wide temperature range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C) and a porcelain enamel interior measuring 14” high x 26” wide x 24” deep, accommodating full-size pans in multiple orientations. Each oven includes three racks with five-position side rails for flexible cooking configurations. The convection system is powered by a 1/2 hp, 1710 rpm motor with permanent split phase design, lubricated ball bearings, overload protection, and Class “B” insulation, all backed by an On/Off switch that allows operation as a standard oven when convection isn’t needed.
