

The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series is a heavy-duty commercial gas range built to handle high-volume cooking with exceptional reliability. It features a robust 60-3/4” wide design with a 37” high cooking surface, a 4” stainless steel front rail, and stainless steel front and sides for long-lasting durability. A front-located manual gas shut-off, factory-installed regulator, standing pilots for open burners, and battery spark ignition for the oven bases offer added safety and operational efficiency.
This model is equipped with (10) 33,000 BTU cast iron star burners, engineered for even flame distribution through a specialized port arrangement—ideal for a variety of cooking techniques that require consistent heat. Below the cooking surface are two standard oven bases, each delivering 45,000 BTU of baking power with a temperature range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). The porcelain enamel oven interiors measure 14” high x 26” wide x 26.5” deep, accommodating full-size pans both lengthwise and crosswise. Each oven includes one rack with two-position side rails to support versatile cooking configurations.
