The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series is a high-performance commercial gas range designed for durability and functionality in demanding kitchen environments. It measures 60-3/4” wide with a 37” high cooking top and features a 4” stainless steel front rail, as well as stainless steel front and side panels for long-lasting durability. For added safety and convenience, the unit includes a front-located manual gas shut-off valve that controls the entire range and comes with a factory-installed gas regulator. The open top burners use a standing pilot, while the oven bases are equipped with battery spark ignition for reliable start-up.

This model is outfitted with ten powerful 33,000 BTU NAT cast iron star burners. These burners are designed with a port arrangement that ensures even flame distribution, promoting consistent heat and superior cooking results across all burners.

It includes a 32,000 BTU NAT convection oven, featuring a standing pilot and a thermostat with a temperature range from 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). The oven’s porcelain enamel interior measures 14” high by 26” wide by 24” deep, and it comes with three racks and five-position side rails for versatile cooking configurations. The convection system is powered by a 1/2 horsepower, 1710 rpm, 60 cycle, 115V AC motor that is energy efficient and equipped with permanent split phase technology, permanently lubricated ball bearings, overload protection, and Class “B” insulation. A simple On/Off switch allows the convection base to be used as a standard oven as needed.

In addition to the convection oven, this unit includes a 45,000 BTU NAT standard oven with a standing pilot and the same thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F. The interior, also porcelain enamel, measures 14” high by 26” wide by 26.5” deep. This spacious design accommodates full-sized pans in both orientations and includes one rack with two-position side rails to support various baking and roasting needs.
