With a 60-3/4” wide cooking surface and a 37” high cooking top, this range provides a spacious and efficient work area, perfect for preparing large quantities of food. Its stainless steel front, sides, and 4-inch front rail ensure durability and easy maintenance, making it a reliable choice for busy, high-demand environments.

This model features two patented, one-piece cast iron burners, each delivering a powerful 33,000 BTUs. These non-clog burners are engineered for lifetime use, offering consistent heat and reliability with minimal maintenance. The range is also equipped with a standing pilot system for the open top burners, and a factory-installed gas regulator to ensure smooth and efficient gas flow. For added safety and convenience, the manual gas shut-off valve is located at the front of the unit for quick access.

For added versatility, the Ultimate 60” Series includes a 48” wide griddle top, available on either the left or right side of the range. The griddle features a 1” smooth, polished steel plate with raised sides, making it perfect for cooking a variety of foods, from breakfast items to steaks and sandwiches. The griddle is available in both manual and thermostatic control options, providing precise temperature management for different types of cooking.

Beneath the cooking surface, the range is equipped with two stainless steel cabinet bases, providing valuable storage space for kitchen tools, supplies, or other essentials. Optional no-charge center-opening doors are available, allowing for easy access to your stored items.
