The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series is a heavy-duty commercial gas range designed for demanding foodservice operations. Measuring 60-3/4” wide with a 37” high cooking surface, the unit features a 4” stainless steel front rail, stainless steel front and sides, and a manual front-mounted gas shut-off for added safety and convenience. A factory-installed regulator, standing pilot ignition for open burners, and battery spark ignition for the oven bases are all included for reliable and consistent performance.

This model includes (2) patented, one-piece, lifetime non-clog cast iron burners, each delivering 33,000 BTU of natural gas power, ideal for a range of high-heat cooking tasks. Accompanying the burners is a 48” wide griddle top, available in either manual or thermostatically controlled configurations. The griddle features a 1” thick smooth, polished steel cooking surface with raised sides, ensuring even heat distribution and durability for daily commercial use.

Below the cooktop, the unit includes two oven bases. The convection oven (Model A) operates at 32,000 BTU NAT, with a thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). Its porcelain enamel interior measures 14” high x 26” wide x 24” deep, and includes three racks with five-position side rails. It’s powered by a 1/2 hp, 1710 rpm, 115V motor with overload protection, permanent lubricated ball bearings, and Class “B” insulation. An on/off switch allows the convection oven to function as a standard oven if desired.

On the opposite side, the standard oven (Model D) offers 45,000 BTU NAT and the same temperature range, with an interior space of 14” high x 26” wide x 26.5” deep. It accommodates full-sized pans in either orientation and includes one oven rack with two-position side rails, making it an excellent choice for versatile baking and roasting applications.
