
The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series is a powerful and versatile solution for high-performance commercial kitchens. Measuring 60-3/4” wide with a 37” high cooking top, this gas range is built to handle demanding cooking environments. It features a durable 4” stainless steel front rail, stainless steel front and sides, and a front-located manual gas shut-off, providing safety and convenience in a sleek, professional-grade exterior. A factory-installed gas regulator ensures consistent performance.
This unit includes two 27,000 BTU non-clog burners equipped with Wavy Grates (Burner Option 2), designed with a cast bowl structure that boosts cooking efficiency while allowing full use of the range surface. Complementing the burners is a generous 48” wide griddle top, made of 1” smooth, polished steel with raised sides to contain splatter and spills—ideal for preparing a wide variety of menu items.
Below the cooking surface, the range houses a pair of high-performance convection ovens (Model A), each delivering 32,000 BTUs and offering a temperature range from 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). Each oven is equipped with a standing pilot and a porcelain enamel interior measuring 14” high x 26” wide x 24” deep, fitting full-size pans with ease. Inside, three racks with five adjustable positions provide maximum flexibility. Each oven is powered by a 1/2 hp, 1710 rpm motor with overload protection, permanently lubricated ball bearings, and Class “B” insulation. An On/Off switch allows the convection oven to operate in standard oven mode as needed.
To complete the configuration, the unit includes a stainless steel cabinet base (Model C) for added storage, with optional center-opening doors available at no additional cost.
