
The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series is a commercial gas range designed to meet the rigorous demands of professional kitchens. It measures 60-3/4” wide and features a 37” high cooking top, made with a 4” stainless steel front rail and stainless steel front and sides, ensuring both durability and easy cleaning. For safety, the range includes a front-located manual gas shut-off that controls the entire unit, along with a factory-installed regulator to maintain proper gas pressure. The range is also equipped with a standing pilot for the open top burners and battery spark ignition for the oven bases, offering consistent and reliable operation.
The range is equipped with (2) 27K BTU non-clog burners with wavy grates (Burner Option 2). These burners feature a cast bowl design that improves heat efficiency and ensures full use of the range top. The 48” wide griddle top is available on either the left or right side, featuring a 1” smooth, polished steel griddle plate with raised sides. It’s available in both manual and thermostatic control options, providing chefs with flexibility based on their cooking preferences.
In addition, the range features two Standard Oven Models (D), each with 45,000 BTU NAT and a thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). The porcelain enamel interior of the oven measures 14” high x 26” wide x 26.5” deep, and it accommodates full-size pans placed either horizontally or vertically. Each oven includes one rack with two-position side rails, making it versatile for various cooking needs.
