
The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series is designed to meet the needs of high-demand commercial kitchens. With a 60-3/4” width and a 37” high cooking top, this range provides a large cooking surface for various cooking applications. Its construction includes a 4” stainless steel front rail and stainless steel front and sides for durability and easy maintenance. For safety and convenience, the range features a front-located manual gas shut-off, and it is equipped with a factory-installed regulator to maintain consistent gas pressure. Additionally, the standing pilot for the open top burners ensures reliable ignition, while the battery spark ignition system for the oven bases provides easy startup.
The Wavy Grates (Burner Option 2) are designed with a cast bowl for improved efficiency, allowing full use of the entire range top. This unit includes four 27K BTU non-clog burners with wavy grates, ensuring smooth and efficient heat distribution. The Griddle Top, available on the left or right side, features a 1” smooth, polished steel griddle plate with raised sides, making it perfect for high-volume cooking. The 48” wide griddle is available with either manual or thermostatic control, providing flexibility in cooking temperature management.
The range is equipped with a 32,000 BTU NAT convection oven (Model A), which includes a standing pilot and a thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). Its porcelain enamel interior measures 14” high x 26” wide x 24” deep and is equipped with three racks and five-position side rails for versatile cooking. The convection oven operates with a high-efficiency 1/2 hp motor, running at 1710 rpm, 60 cycle, 115V AC, featuring permanent lubricated ball bearings, overload protection, and Class “B” insulation. An on/off switch allows the convection oven base to operate as a standard oven.
In addition to the convection oven, the Standard Oven Model D provides a 45,000 BTU NAT oven, with a thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). The oven’s porcelain enamel interior measures 14” high x 26” wide x 26.5” deep, with enough space for full-sized pans to fit both ways. It includes one rack with two-position side rails, making it a versatile and efficient option for various cooking tasks.
