The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series is a robust commercial gas range designed for high-demand kitchens. With an overall width of 60-3/4” and a 37” high cooking surface, the unit features a 4” stainless steel front rail, plus stainless steel front and sides, delivering durability and a clean, professional look. Key safety and convenience features include a front-located manual gas shut-off for the entire range, a factory-installed regulator, standing pilots for open burners, and battery spark ignition for the oven bases.

The cooking surface includes (2) 27,000 BTU non-clog burners with wavy grates (Burner Option 2), offering a cast bowl design for improved efficiency and full use of the range top. Alongside the burners, a 48” wide griddle with a 1” smooth, polished steel plate and raised sides provides a versatile flat cooking surface. The griddle is available with either manual or thermostatic controls, suiting various cooking preferences and operational needs.

Beneath the cooking surface, the unit features a Standard Oven (Model D) powered by 45,000 BTUs (NAT). It has a thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C) and a porcelain enamel interior measuring 14” high x 26” wide x 26.5” deep. Designed to accommodate full-sized pans in either orientation, the oven comes with one rack and two-position side rails for flexible cooking configurations.

Rounding out the unit is a Stainless Steel Cabinet Base (C), which offers enclosed storage and includes optional no-charge center-opening doors, maintaining both utility and aesthetics in a professional kitchen environment.
