The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series is a powerful and flexible cooking solution for commercial kitchens, built with performance and durability in mind. Measuring 60-3/4” wide with a 37” high cooking surface, the unit features a 4” stainless steel front rail, stainless steel front and sides, and a front-located manual gas shut-off for convenience and safety. It comes equipped with a factory-installed regulator, standing pilots for open burners, and battery spark ignition for the oven bases, ensuring reliable operation.

This configuration includes a split burner setup (Burner Option 4) with (2) 33,000 BTU star/saute’ burners in the front and (2) standard 33,000 BTU burners in the rear, offering versatility for various cooking styles. A 36” cast iron charbroiler, mounted on the left or right side, provides robust grilling capabilities and features removable grates for easy cleaning.

Below the cooking surface are two convection oven bases, each delivering 32,000 BTU of power. These ovens feature porcelain enamel interiors measuring 14” high x 26” wide x 24” deep, along with three adjustable racks and five-position side rails. Each convection oven is powered by a 1/2 hp high-efficiency motor with permanently lubricated ball bearings, overload protection, and Class “B” insulation, and includes an On/Off switch to operate as a standard oven when needed.
