The standing pilot ignition system for the open top burners and the battery spark ignition for the oven bases ensure consistent and reliable ignition every time, reducing downtime during busy kitchen hours.

The Split Burner Configuration (Burner Option 4) features two star/saute’ burners in the front for high-heat cooking like searing and sautéing, paired with two standard 33K burners in the rear for simmering and slower cooking.

The Griddle Top (Left or Right) option offers a 1/2” smooth, polished steel griddle plate with raised sides, ideal for cooking a wide range of items from pancakes to steaks. The 36” wide griddle is available in manual or thermostatic control, allowing you to select your preferred temperature setting for precision cooking.

The Standard Oven Models (D) are designed with 45,000 BTU NAT ovens, featuring a standing pilot and a thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). These ovens provide excellent heat control for baking, roasting, and more. The porcelain enamel interior of the oven ensures durability and is easy to clean, measuring 14” high x 26” wide x 26.5” deep. The oven accommodates full-sized pans in both directions, making it versatile and efficient for various cooking needs. The unit comes with one rack and two-position side rails for added flexibility.

This range is equipped with two standard oven bases, providing plenty of space for cooking multiple dishes at once, making it perfect for busy kitchens that require both performance and efficiency.
