This unit comes with a factory-installed regulator, providing reliable and consistent gas flow to the burners. The standing pilot ignition for the open top burners and battery spark ignition for the oven bases ensure reliable and immediate startup, essential for a busy kitchen environment.

The Split Burner Configuration (Burner Option 4) features two star/saute’ burners in the front, ideal for high-heat tasks such as searing or stir-frying, and two standard 33K burners in the rear for consistent, controlled heat.

For advanced performance, the Pyromax Burners (Burner Option 7) are equipped with 40,000 BTU NAT output for superior cooking power. These patented, high-output burners feature a three-piece design for easy cleaning, ensuring that they remain free from clogging. Additionally, the built-in port protection drip ring enhances efficiency by containing messes and spills. This option also offers a group of 4 burners for those requiring multiple high-power cooking zones.

The Standard Oven Models (D) feature a robust 45,000 BTU NAT oven, equipped with a standing pilot and a thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). The oven’s porcelain enamel interior measures 14” high x 26” wide x 26.5” deep, with enough space to accommodate full-sized pans in either direction. It includes one rack with two-position side rails, allowing for easy adjustment and cooking flexibility.

This unit comes with two standard oven bases, which enable simultaneous cooking and increased capacity, making it ideal for high-volume kitchens that need to keep up with fast-paced orders.
