
The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series is a powerful and durable commercial gas range engineered for professional kitchen environments. Measuring 60-3/4” wide with a 37” high cooking surface, it boasts a 4” stainless steel front rail and stainless steel front and sides, combining rugged performance with a sleek, modern look. A factory-installed gas regulator and a front-located manual shut-off valve enhance safety and ease of use. The unit features standing pilots for the open burners and battery spark ignition for the oven bases, offering dependable and efficient operation.
This model includes a split burner configuration (Burner Option 4) with two 33,000 BTU star/saute’ burners in the front and two standard 33,000 BTU burners in the rear, ideal for versatile cooking applications. Additionally, it incorporates a group of four Pyromax burners (Burner Option 7), each delivering 40,000 BTU NAT. These patented, high-output, three-piece burners are designed for easy cleaning and feature a non-clog design with built-in port protection drip rings, making them an excellent choice for high-demand cooking stations.
The range is outfitted with two convection oven bases (Model A), each powered by a 32,000 BTU NAT burner and equipped with a thermostat adjustable from 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). Each oven includes a porcelain enamel interior measuring 14” high by 26” wide by 24” deep, suitable for full-size pans positioned either lengthwise or widthwise. The ovens also come with three racks and five side rail positions for flexible baking and roasting. A 1/2 hp, 1710 rpm, high-efficiency motor powers the convection system, offering quiet operation and excellent heat circulation, with overload protection and Class “B” insulation. An On/Off switch allows each oven to operate as a standard oven when convection is not required.
Completing the range is a stainless steel cabinet base (Model C), providing convenient under-range storage. Optional center-opening doors are available at no extra charge, offering added accessibility and organization.
