The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series is a high-performance commercial gas range, measuring 60-3/4” wide with a 37” high cooking top, ideal for demanding kitchen environments. It features a durable 4” stainless steel front rail, stainless steel front and sides, and a front-located manual gas shut-off for the entire range. Additional standard features include a factory-installed regulator, standing pilot for open top burners, and battery spark ignition for the oven bases.

This unit is configured with (2) 33,000 BTU NAT star burners (Burner Option 3), which utilize a specialized port arrangement to ensure even flame distribution, making them ideal for sauté and general cooking tasks. Complementing the burners is a 48” wide griddle top, made from a 1” smooth, polished steel plate with raised sides, offering an expansive and durable cooking surface. The griddle can be positioned on either the left or right side of the range.

Below the cooktop, this model includes two convection oven bases (Model A), each delivering 32,000 BTU NAT with a temperature range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). The ovens feature porcelain enamel interiors measuring 14” high x 26” wide x 24” deep, accommodating full-size pans in both orientations. Each oven comes equipped with three racks and five-position side rails for flexibility. The convection system includes a 1/2 hp, 1710 rpm, high-efficiency motor with permanent split phase design, lubricated ball bearings, overload protection, and Class “B” insulation. An On/Off switch allows each oven to function as a standard oven if needed.
