The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series is built for high-capacity, all-day use in demanding commercial kitchens. This 60-3/4” wide gas range features a 37” high cooking top, 4” stainless steel front rail, and stainless steel front and sides for durability and easy cleaning. It includes a front-located manual gas shut-off, factory-installed regulator, and battery spark ignition for the oven bases, along with a standing pilot for open top burners to ensure quick, reliable startup.

This configuration features (2) 33,000 BTU NAT star burners, designed with a port arrangement that evenly distributes flame for precise cooking performance. A 48” wide griddle top crafted from 1” smooth, polished steel with raised sides is ideal for high-volume grilling and is available with manual or thermostatic controls for temperature precision.

Below, the unit houses two standard oven bases, each offering 45,000 BTU NAT of power with a thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). Interiors are porcelain-enameled and measure 14” high x 26” wide x 26.5” deep, capable of accommodating full-size pans in both orientations. Each oven includes a rack with two-position side rails for versatile baking needs.
