
The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series is a high-performance commercial gas range designed for professional kitchens. Measuring 60-3/4” wide with a 37” high cooking top, this unit features a 4” stainless steel front rail and stainless steel front and sides for durability and a polished appearance. It includes a conveniently located manual gas shut-off valve for the entire range and a factory-installed regulator to ensure consistent gas pressure. Open top burners utilize a standing pilot system, while the oven bases feature battery spark ignition for reliable startup.
This configuration includes two 33,000 BTU NAT cast iron star burners, known for their excellent flame distribution thanks to an optimized port arrangement. Alongside the burners, a 48” wide griddle top provides additional versatility. The griddle features a 1” thick, smooth, polished steel cooking surface with raised sides, offering a durable and spacious cooking area suitable for a wide variety of menu items.
The convection oven delivers 32,000 BTU NAT and is equipped with a standing pilot and a thermostat range from 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). Its interior is finished in porcelain enamel and measures 14” high by 26” wide by 24” deep, accommodating a variety of cooking needs. Three racks with five-position side rails provide flexible pan placement. The convection system is powered by a 1/2 horsepower, 1710 rpm motor operating on 115V AC. It features permanent split phase technology, permanently lubricated ball bearings, overload protection, and Class “B” insulation. An On/Off switch allows the convection base to function as a standard oven when needed.
In addition to the convection oven, this unit includes a 45,000 BTU NAT standard oven. It also uses a standing pilot and offers a thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). The oven cavity is porcelain enamel and measures 14” high by 26” wide by 26.5” deep. It is designed to fit full-size pans both lengthwise and widthwise and comes with one rack and two-position side rails.
