The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series is a high-performance commercial cooking solution designed for demanding kitchen environments. This range features a 60-3/4” wide cooking surface with a 37” high cooking top, and includes (2) 33,000 BTU NAT cast iron star burners for even heat distribution. The 1” smooth, polished steel griddle plate with raised sides is available on a 48” wide griddle and can be controlled manually or thermostatically, offering versatility for various cooking needs. The 45,000 BTU NAT standard oven base includes a standing pilot and a thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C), with a porcelain enamel interior measuring 14” high x 26” wide x 26.5” deep. This oven accommodates full-sized pans both ways and includes one rack with two position side rails.

Designed for convenience, this range features a front-located manual gas shut-off, a factory-installed gas regulator, and battery spark ignition for the oven. The stainless steel cabinet base is complemented by optional no-charge center-opening doors for easy access. Built for durability and efficiency, this range combines high-output cooking performance with safety and user-friendly features.
