The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series is a commercial-grade gas range engineered for durability and performance in professional kitchens. This unit measures 60-3/4” wide with a 37” high cooking surface and includes a 4” stainless steel front rail, as well as stainless steel front and side panels for a sleek, resilient finish. A front-located manual gas shut-off valve allows quick control over the entire unit, and a factory-installed regulator ensures consistent gas flow. Open top burners feature a standing pilot for dependable ignition, while battery spark ignition powers the oven bases.

This configuration includes two 33,000 BTU NAT cast iron star burners, designed with a port arrangement that promotes even flame distribution for uniform cooking results. Complementing the burners is a 48” wide griddle top, available in either left or right placement. The griddle features a 1” thick, smooth polished steel plate with raised sides to minimize spillage and is available with either manual or thermostatic controls to suit varying kitchen needs.

Below the cooking surface, the range includes two stainless steel cabinet bases, ideal for storing cookware and tools. Optional no-charge center-opening doors are available to enhance accessibility and convenience in fast-paced cooking environments.
