Equipped with a split burner configuration, the range includes two star/saute burners in the front and two 33,000 BTU standard burners in the rear, allowing for flexible cooking options. For even more powerful heat output, the Pyromax burners (Burner Option 7) deliver 40,000 BTUs of high heat. These patented, high-output burners feature a three-piece design that ensures easy cleaning and non-clog performance. Each burner also comes with a built-in port protection drip ring for added safety and convenience. A group of 4 Pyromax burners is also available, making this an excellent choice for chefs who need powerful, consistent heat for various cooking tasks.

The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series also includes both a convection oven (Model A) and a standard oven (Model D) for maximum versatility. The 32,000 BTU convection oven features a temperature range from 175°F to 550°F, making it perfect for baking, roasting, and other high-heat applications. Its porcelain enamel interior measures 14” high x 26” wide x 24” deep, and the oven comes with three racks and five-position side rails for flexibility. Powered by a 1/2 hp motor (1710 rpm) with permanent lubricated ball bearings, this oven is built for high efficiency and reliability. An On/Off switch allows the convection base to function as a standard oven when needed.

The standard oven (Model D) offers 45,000 BTUs and operates within the same broad temperature range of 175°F to 550°F. The porcelain enamel interior measures 14” high x 26” wide x 26.5” deep, and it accommodates full-sized pans placed either direction. This oven also includes one rack with two-position side rails, offering additional cooking options.
