The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series delivers unmatched performance and reliability for high-demand commercial kitchens. This 60-3/4” wide commercial gas range features a 37” high cooking top, designed for comfort and convenience. Constructed with stainless steel on the front and sides, and finished with a 4” stainless steel front rail, this range is built to withstand the rigors of a busy kitchen while maintaining a sleek and easy-to-clean surface. The front-located manual gas shut-off ensures safety, and the factory-installed regulator guarantees stable gas flow for consistent operation. A standing pilot system is featured for the open top burners, while battery spark ignition ensures quick and reliable start-ups for the oven bases.

The split burner configuration (Burner Option 4) includes (2) star/saute’ burners in the front and (2) standard 33K BTU burners in the rear, offering versatile heat options for a wide variety of cooking styles, from simmering to high-heat searing. Additionally, the 5 burner configuration (Burner Option 5) combines (2) Pyromax burners in the rear with (3) standard 33K BTU burners in the front, providing high-output heat with patented, non-clog technology and superior flame control.

The convection oven models (A) feature a 32,000 BTU NAT convection oven with a standing pilot and a thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). The oven’s porcelain enamel interior measures 14” high x 26” wide x 24” deep, offering ample space for full-sized pans. Each oven includes three racks with five-position side rails for flexible cooking and storage. The 1/2 hp, 1710 rpm motor is high-efficiency, permanently lubricated, and features overload protection and Class “B” insulation. With an On/Off switch, the convection oven base can also operate as a standard oven, enhancing the unit’s versatility. This unit comes equipped with 2 convection oven bases, making it an ideal solution for high-volume cooking needs.
