The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series is a professional-grade commercial gas range built for high-output kitchens that require versatility, power, and efficient storage. With a spacious 60-3/4” width and a 37” high cooking top, this range is designed to handle demanding kitchen workflows with ease. Its construction features a durable 4” stainless steel front rail and stainless steel front and sides, providing long-lasting strength and a sleek, professional look. The front-located manual gas shut-off and factory-installed gas regulator enhance both safety and user control.

This model comes equipped with a flexible split burner configuration (Burner Option 4) that includes two star/saute burners in the front and two 33,000 BTU standard burners in the rear, ideal for chefs needing both quick, precise heat and high-capacity output. It also features an advanced 5-burner configuration (Burner Option 5)—a powerful combination of two Pyromax burners in the rear, delivering intense cooking power, paired with three standard 33K burners in the front. This configuration allows for simultaneous high-heat cooking and sautéing, making it perfect for diverse, fast-paced kitchen operations.

The burners are equipped with a standing pilot system for consistent ignition, while battery spark ignition supports compatibility with oven bases, if added in the future.

Instead of traditional ovens, this unit features two stainless steel cabinet bases (Cabinet Base C), offering practical under-range storage for cookware, utensils, and kitchen essentials. Each cabinet includes optional center-opening doors at no additional charge, helping maintain a clean, organized, and highly functional kitchen layout.
