Equipped with standing pilot ignition for the open top burners and battery spark ignition for the oven bases, this range provides reliable and quick start-up, reducing downtime in fast-paced kitchen environments.
The Split Burner Configuration (Burner Option 4) features two star/saute’ burners in the front, ideal for high-heat cooking, and two standard 33K burners in the rear, designed for more controlled, even heat. For even greater flexibility, the 5 Burner Configuration (Burner Option 5) combines two Pyromax burners in the rear with three standard 33K burners in the front, providing exceptional high-output cooking power for large-scale operations.
The Standard Oven Models (D) are equipped with a powerful 45,000 BTU NAT oven, featuring a standing pilot and a thermostat range from 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). The oven’s porcelain enamel interior is easy to clean and durable, measuring 14” high x 26” wide x 26.5” deep. The oven can accommodate full-sized pans in both directions, offering ample space for multiple dishes. One oven rack with two-position side rails ensures versatile cooking options.
This unit is designed with two standard oven bases, allowing for the simultaneous cooking of multiple dishes, enhancing your kitchen’s efficiency and productivity.
