The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series is a powerful and adaptable commercial gas range built for the demands of a high-performance kitchen. This model measures 60-3/4” wide and features a 37” high cooking top, along with a 4” stainless steel front rail and stainless steel front and sides, providing durability and a professional appearance. A front-located manual gas shut-off allows for quick and easy control of the entire range, and a factory-installed regulator ensures proper gas flow. The range is equipped with a standing pilot for open top burners and battery spark ignition for oven bases, offering dependable and safe operation.

The cooktop includes four 33,000 BTU NAT cast iron burners (Burner Option 1), each crafted as a patented, one-piece, lifetime clog-free burner for maximum efficiency and reduced maintenance. This configuration also features a 5-burner setup (Burner Option 5), which combines two high-output Pyromax burners in the rear with three standard 33K burners in the front, delivering both power and flexibility for diverse cooking applications.

Beneath the cooktop, the unit includes two convection ovens (Model A), each operating at 32,000 BTU NAT and featuring standing pilots with a thermostat range from 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). The ovens offer a porcelain enamel interior measuring 14” high x 26” wide x 24” deep, and come equipped with three racks and five-position side rails for adaptable baking configurations. A 1/2 hp, 1710 rpm, 60 cycle, 115V AC motor powers the ovens, delivering high efficiency through a permanent split phase design, permanently lubricated ball bearings, overload protection, and Class “B” insulation. An on/off switch allows the convection base to be used as a standard oven when needed.

Completing the unit is a stainless steel cabinet base (Cabinet Option C), with optional no-charge doors that open from the center, offering additional storage and easy access beneath the cooking surface.
