The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series is a top-tier commercial cooking solution, combining power, efficiency, and durability in a thoughtfully engineered design. Measuring 60-3/4” wide with a 37” high cooking surface, this professional gas range features a 4” stainless steel front rail, stainless steel front and sides, and a front-located manual gas shut-off, ensuring both convenience and safety. A factory-installed gas regulator comes standard for consistent performance across all components.

This unit includes four 27,000 BTU non-clog burners equipped with Wavy Grates (Burner Option 2)—a cast bowl design that boosts heat efficiency and enables seamless use of the full cooking surface. It also features a 5-burner configuration (Option 5) with two high-output Pyromax burners (rear) and three standard 33,000 BTU burners (front), offering flexibility for a wide range of cooking techniques.

Beneath the cooking surface, the unit is equipped with two convection ovens (Model A), each powered by 32,000 BTUs and offering a temperature range from 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). The ovens feature porcelain enamel interiors measuring 14” high x 26” wide x 24” deep, accommodating full-size pans in multiple orientations. With three racks and five adjustable positions, these ovens provide maximum versatility. Each is driven by a 1/2 hp, 1710 rpm motor with overload protection, permanently lubricated ball bearings, and Class “B” insulation. An On/Off switch allows users to run the unit as a standard oven if desired.

A stainless steel cabinet base (Model C) provides durable under-range storage, with optional center-opening doors available at no extra cost.
