
The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series is a professional-grade commercial gas range designed to meet the needs of high-performance kitchens. With a width of 60-3/4” and a 37” high cooking top, this range provides a spacious and efficient work surface ideal for busy restaurants and foodservice operations. Its rugged construction includes stainless steel front and sides, along with a 4” stainless steel front rail, offering both durability and a clean, modern look. The front-located manual gas shut-off provides easy access for enhanced safety, while a factory-installed gas regulator ensures consistent gas flow and pressure. Ignition is straightforward and dependable, with a standing pilot for open top burners and battery spark ignition for the oven bases.
This model features a unique 5-burner configuration, combining three standard 33,000 BTU burners in the front with two high-powered Pyromax burners in the rear. The front burners are patented, one-piece cast iron units that are clog-free for life, ensuring consistent performance and minimal maintenance. The rear Pyromax burners are ideal for high-heat applications such as rapid boiling, stir-frying, or cooking with large stock pots—giving chefs the flexibility to handle a wide variety of dishes simultaneously.
The unit also includes two standard full-size ovens, each delivering 45,000 BTUs of reliable, even heating. With a thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C), these ovens are well-suited for roasting, baking, and finishing. Each oven features a porcelain enamel interior measuring 14” high by 26” wide by 26.5” deep, designed to fit full-size pans in both directions. One rack is included per oven, along with two-position side rails for versatile setup options.
