The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series is a high-performance commercial gas range, engineered to handle the demands of professional kitchens. Measuring 60-3/4” wide with a 37” high cooking top, this model features a 4” stainless steel front rail, along with a stainless steel front and sides for durability and ease of maintenance. A front-located manual gas shut-off ensures quick access to shut down the entire range, and a factory-installed regulator is included for dependable gas pressure control. The range uses a standing pilot for open top burners and a battery spark ignition system for the oven bases.

This model includes a unique 5-burner configuration, combining (2) high-output Pyromax burners in the rear with (3) standard 33,000 BTU non-clog burners in the front. The (4) patented, one-piece, lifetime non-clog cast iron burners are built to last and deliver powerful, consistent heat output. The Pyromax burners, known for their 40,000 BTU NAT output and three-piece, easy-clean design, are perfect for high-heat applications.

The range is equipped with both a convection oven (Model A) and a standard oven (Model D). The 32,000 BTU convection oven features a temperature range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C) and a porcelain enamel interior measuring 14” high x 26” wide x 24” deep. It includes three racks with five-position side rails, powered by a 1/2 hp, 1710 rpm motor with overload protection and permanently lubricated ball bearings. An on/off switch allows the convection oven to operate as a standard oven when needed.

The 45,000 BTU standard oven also operates within the same temperature range and features a porcelain enamel interior measuring 14” high x 26” wide x 26.5” deep, accommodating full-size pans placed in either direction. It comes with one rack and two-position side rails, making it ideal for baking and roasting.
