The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series is a heavy-duty commercial gas range designed for professional kitchens. Measuring 60-3/4” wide with a 37” high cooking surface, it features a 4” stainless steel front rail, as well as stainless steel front and sides for long-lasting durability and easy cleaning. A front-located manual gas shut-off provides added safety and convenience, and the range comes equipped with a factory-installed regulator to ensure consistent gas flow. For efficient ignition, it uses a standing pilot for the open burners and battery spark ignition for the oven bases.

This unit includes four 27,000 BTU non-clog burners with wavy grates (Burner Option 2). These burners feature a cast bowl design that promotes better heat efficiency and allows full use of the entire cooking surface. Additionally, the 5 Burner Configuration (Burner Option 5) combines two high-performance Pyromax burners in the rear with three standard 33,000 BTU burners in the front, delivering versatile and powerful cooking capabilities.

Instead of oven bases, this configuration features two stainless steel cabinet bases (Model C), offering convenient under-range storage. The cabinets also include optional no-charge doors that open from the center, making it an ideal setup for kitchens that prioritize workspace and accessibility.
