A 5-burner configuration enhances the range’s versatility by combining two Pyromax burners in the rear with three standard 33K BTU burners in the front, giving you a wide range of cooking options, from high-heat searing to more moderate cooking temperatures.

The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series also features two convection ovens, each delivering 32,000 BTUs NAT. These ovens offer a thermostat range from 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C), and their porcelain enamel interior measures 14” high x 26” wide x 24” deep, providing ample space for full-sized pans. The convection ovens come with three racks, each with five-position side rails, for flexible cooking. Powered by a 1/2 hp motor with permanent lubricated ball bearings, these high-efficiency ovens are built to perform. Overload protection and Class “B” insulation ensure longevity and safety, while the on/off switch allows the convection base to function as a standard oven, adding versatility to your kitchen setup.
