The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series is a commercial gas range designed to cater to the needs of professional kitchens. Measuring 60-3/4” wide, it features a 37” high cooking top made from stainless steel, complemented by a 4” stainless steel front rail and stainless steel front and sides, providing both durability and easy cleaning. A front-located manual gas shut-off controls the entire range for safety, and a factory-installed regulator ensures consistent gas pressure. The range also includes a standing pilot for open top burners and battery spark ignition for the oven bases, making it reliable for everyday use.

The range offers (4) 27K BTU non-clog burners with wavy grates (Burner Option 2), which feature a cast bowl design for improved heat efficiency and allow for full use of the entire range top. For those who prefer a more advanced burner configuration, the 5 Burner Configuration (Burner Option 5) combines (2) Pyromax burners in the rear with (3) standard 33K BTU burners in the front, providing greater versatility and power for high-volume cooking.

In addition to the burners, the range includes two Standard Oven Models (D), each with 45,000 BTU NAT, a thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C), and a porcelain enamel interior measuring 14” high x 26” wide x 26.5” deep. These ovens can accommodate full-sized pans placed both horizontally or vertically, offering flexibility for various cooking tasks. Each oven is equipped with one rack with two-position side rails to accommodate different cooking needs.
