The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series is a robust and versatile commercial gas range, measuring 60-3/4” wide with a 37” high cooking top. It features a durable construction that includes a 4” stainless steel front rail along with stainless steel front and sides, providing both strength and a clean, professional appearance. A front-located manual gas shut-off allows for convenient control of the entire range, and a factory-installed regulator ensures consistent and safe gas pressure. The unit includes a standing pilot for open top burners and battery spark ignition for the oven bases, promoting reliable and easy operation.

Equipped with Wavy Grates (Burner Option 2), this model includes four 27K BTU non-clog burners designed with a cast bowl for greater cooking efficiency. The wavy grate design allows for full use of the range top surface. Additionally, the 5 Burner Configuration (Burner Option 5) features a combination of two high-output Pyromax burners in the rear and three 33K standard star burners in the front, offering flexible cooking capabilities for various tasks and heat demands.

The base includes a powerful 32,000 BTU NAT convection oven (Model A) with a standing pilot and a thermostat adjustable from 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). The oven’s porcelain enamel interior measures 14” high x 26” wide x 24” deep and comes with three racks and five-position side rails. The high-efficiency convection fan is powered by a 1/2 hp, 1710 rpm motor with permanently lubricated ball bearings, overload protection, and Class “B” insulation. An on/off switch allows this convection base to operate as a standard oven when needed.

Completing the setup is the Standard Oven (Model D), rated at 45,000 BTUs, also with a standing pilot and the same 175°F to 550°F thermostat range. Its spacious porcelain enamel interior, measuring 14” high x 26” wide x 26.5” deep, accommodates full-sized pans in both orientations. It includes one rack with two-position side rails, ensuring versatility in baking and roasting applications.
