
The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series is a heavy-duty commercial gas range measuring 60-3/4” wide with a 37” high cooking surface, engineered for high-capacity kitchen operations. It features a 4” stainless steel front rail, stainless steel front and sides, and includes a front-located manual gas shut-off for the entire range. The unit also comes with a factory-installed regulator, standing pilot for open top burners, and battery spark ignition for the oven bases.
This configuration includes (4) 33,000 BTU NAT star burners (Burner Option 3), known for their even flame distribution due to their unique port arrangement—ideal for precise sautéing and general cooking tasks. Additionally, the unit offers a 5-burner configuration (Burner Option 5) that combines (2) high-performance Pyromax burners at the rear with (3) standard 33,000 BTU burners in the front, delivering versatility and power across a variety of cooking styles.
Below the cooktop, the unit includes two convection oven bases (Model A), each rated at 32,000 BTU NAT. These ovens feature a thermostat-controlled range from 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C) and a porcelain enamel interior measuring 14” high x 26” wide x 24” deep. Each oven accommodates full-size pans in both orientations and includes three racks with five-position side rails for flexible cooking options. The convection system is powered by a 1/2 hp, 1710 rpm motor with permanent split phase design, lubricated ball bearings, overload protection, and Class “B” insulation. An On/Off switch allows each oven to operate as a standard oven when needed.
