

The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series is a high-performance commercial gas range designed to meet the demanding needs of professional kitchens. Measuring 60-3/4” wide with a 37” high cooking surface, this unit features a durable 4” stainless steel front rail and stainless steel front and sides for a sleek, professional appearance and enhanced durability. It includes a front-located manual gas shut-off for added safety and convenience, along with a factory-installed regulator to ensure consistent gas pressure. The open-top burners are equipped with a standing pilot, while the oven bases utilize battery spark ignition for reliable startup.
This configuration includes (4) 33,000 BTU NAT cast iron star burners, engineered with a special port arrangement that delivers even flame distribution—ideal for sautéing and precise heat control. It also incorporates a 5-burner setup (Burner Option 5) that combines (2) high-output Pyromax burners in the rear with (3) standard 33,000 BTU burners in the front, providing flexibility for a variety of cooking needs.
Below the cooktop are two convection oven bases (Model A), each rated at 32,000 BTU NAT. These ovens feature a wide thermostat range from 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C), and offer a porcelain enamel interior measuring 14” high, 26” wide, and 24” deep. Each oven includes three racks with five-position side rails, making it suitable for everything from baking to roasting. The convection system is powered by a 1/2 hp, 1710 rpm motor with permanently lubricated ball bearings, overload protection, and Class “B” insulation. An integrated on/off switch allows the ovens to function as standard ovens if desired.
Completing the unit is a stainless steel cabinet base (Cabinet C), which provides convenient storage space below the cooking surface. Optional center-opening doors are available at no additional cost, enhancing accessibility and utility.
