
The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series is a high-performance, commercial-grade gas range designed for demanding kitchen environments. Measuring 60-3/4” wide with a 37” high cooking surface, this range is constructed with stainless steel front and sides and a 4” stainless steel front rail for long-lasting durability and easy cleanup. It includes a factory-installed regulator, front-located manual gas shut-off, standing pilots for open burners, and battery spark ignition for oven bases, providing both safety and convenience.
This model features a versatile five-burner configuration, combining (2) 40,000 BTU Pyromax burners in the rear—ideal for high-output cooking—with (3) 33,000 BTU NAT star burners in the front, known for even flame distribution and consistent heat control. Additionally, it includes (2) standard ovens, each delivering 45,000 BTU with a temperature range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). The oven interiors are porcelain enameled and measure 14” high x 26” wide x 26.5” deep, accommodating full-size pans in both orientations. Each oven is equipped with one rack and two-position side rails for flexibility in baking and roasting.
